Program Note

I arranged this Scott Joplin medley for my sister Christine's Trillium Trio. Bethena, one of Joplin's few waltzes, opens the set. The trio section from Solace, familiar from the '70s movie The Sting, provides a soulful moment, and Pine Apple Rag whirls the set to a close.
