Music and the Rain
When I’m alone
I like to listen
to music and the rain.
Melody
Blind Melody brought to your door.
She must be with you for a while;
Night Thought
Awake, I think of being
out on the moors
in the gale, the rain.
Child’s Elm Song
If there were no trees
I would take my turn
And stand in the street in spring
Dream at the Death of James Wright
The wind is rolling the buffalo down,
Voice Lesson
all the years are a voice lesson
there is so much to sing
we need every instrument
August Hymn
We do not tire of dreams you bring,
Of ageless rumors slowly told,
